Results

Built and led the end-to-end experience strategy for an EQ-centered learning ecosystem spanning curriculum, community, coaching, and product.

Architected Secure School™, a 12-month behavior-change system integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment theory, and applied neuropsychology.

Designed cohort lifecycle architecture including onboarding, engagement loops, milestone progression, and transformation tracking.

Unified onboarding, retention, content delivery, and measurement into a cohesive experience system.

Established evidence-based experience standards that improved retention, user progression, and learning outcomes.

Conceptualized Kind Mind AI, a human-centered, ethically grounded AI assistant embedded with transparency and user-trust patterns.

Leadership Impact

Built the experience operating model for the company.

Established shared language around transformation, milestones, and outcomes.

Created durable structures that enabled consistent execution across teams.

Balanced rigor and psychological safety to support high-quality work.

Summary

My Secure Era was founded to address a persistent gap in personal development products. Many platforms offer insight and inspiration, yet struggle to produce durable behavior change.

As Director of Experience Strategy, I led the design of a transformation ecosystem focused on helping people build emotional regulation, secure attachment patterns, and relational skills through structured, repeatable experiences.

Rather than designing isolated features, I designed the experience operating system.

Challenge

Most personal growth products:

Optimize for content consumption rather than behavioral change

Treat learning, community, and coaching as separate surfaces

Lack meaningful measurement tied to transformation

Users may feel motivated, but struggle to translate insight into consistent action.

The challenge was to design a product ecosystem that:

Supports psychological safety

Translates evidence-based psychology into daily practice

Scales across cohorts and growth stages

Preserves ethical boundaries and user agency

Strategy

I approached My Secure Era as experience system design, not feature design.

Core principles:

Treat behavior change as a staged journey

Design upstream architecture before downstream interfaces

Embed measurement into the experience itself

Align all surfaces around shared milestones and outcomes

This led to a unified transformation model where:

Every interaction maps to a behavioral objective

Progress is visible and internally motivated

The system adapts to users rather than enforcing rigid paths

Process

1. Defined the Transformation Model

Mapped a 12-month behavioral arc grounded in:

Emotional regulation

Attachment security

Boundary formation

Identity-level change

Relational skill-building

Translated clinical frameworks (CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment theory, applied neuropsychology) into product-ready stages and milestones.

2. Designed Experience Architecture

Created upstream architecture covering:

Milestone mapping

Engagement rhythms (daily, weekly, monthly)

Decision pathways and branching logic

Transformation tracking models

This architecture became the backbone for product, curriculum, and community design.

3. Built Secure School™

Designed a multi-stage ecosystem combining:

Structured curriculum

Guided practices

Community containers

Coaching experiences

Reflection and progress loops

All components share a common transformation language and measurement model.

4. Unified Fragmented Systems

Re-architected:

Onboarding

Retention mechanics

Content delivery

Measurement and reflection

into a cohesive behavioral learning platform.

5. Directed Cross-Functional Experience Strategy

Partnered across:

Curriculum design

Content creation

Community facilitation

Product development

to ensure psychological coherence and consistent experience quality across touchpoints.

6. Conceptualized Kind Mind AI

Designed a human-centered AI assistant with:

Transparent system boundaries

User-consent-first interaction patterns

Non-authoritarian tone

Clear separation between support and clinical care

Positioned AI as an augmentative guide, not a replacement for human judgment.

7. Research and Iteration

Led continuous cycles of:

Qualitative user interviews

Behavioral pattern analysis

Prototype testing

Measurement refinement

Insights fed directly into experience architecture updates and roadmap prioritization.

Learnings

Behavior-change products succeed when architecture precedes interface.

Psychological safety is foundational to sustained engagement.

Embedded measurement outperforms detached analytics.

Ethical constraints strengthen long-term trust and retention.

Systems thinking produces more durable impact than feature-level optimization.
